1. What this platform is
The Bid Readiness Toolkit ("the Platform"), operated by Sidlaks Technologies ("we", "us"), is a document-processing and drafting aid for organizations preparing bids on government tenders. The Platform uses artificial intelligence to extract information from documents you upload, assess qualification criteria, and generate draft compliance documents. It is a productivity tool, not a substitute for your own diligence, legal advice, or professional judgment.
2. AI-generated content may contain errors
All extraction, qualification assessments, auto-filled forms, and generated documents produced by the Platform are created by an AI model and may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations of the source documents. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for independently reviewing and verifying all such output against the official tender documents before relying on it for any purpose, including bid submission.
3. You are responsible for what you upload
The Platform can only analyze the documents you provide. It does not independently verify that you have uploaded every document relevant to a tender, and it does not monitor the tender portal or any other source for corrigenda, amendments, extensions, or other updates to a tender after you upload it. Ensuring that every relevant document — including the original tender, all corrigenda, and all amendments — has been uploaded and is current is entirely your responsibility. Any output derived from an incomplete document set will itself be incomplete, and we are not responsible for the consequences of that.
4. Not legal, financial, or compliance advice
Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, financial, tax, or compliance advice. Qualification assessments, eligibility checks, and generated documents are informational aids only. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions that depend on legal or regulatory interpretation.
5. No warranty
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sidlaks Technologies and its officers, employees, and affiliates disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, tender disqualification, financial harm, or other consequence arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including reliance on AI-generated output or on an incomplete set of uploaded documents. Final responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of any bid rests solely with you.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
